I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!Ours was very normal (kids played with their toy's all day).I almost made a New Years resolution then changed my mind.I was going to give up soda (dr.pepper) BUT after hearing alot of people lose alot of weight after giving up the pop I changed my mind.I don't have weight to lose (I need to gain some).I officially have 2 online groups (facebook) and they are both doing very well.Hot Shop Bargains is keeping a float and keeping me busy BUT 25 Cent Deals is non stop.People are there 24/7 waiting for me to post something they may need (or not need but want).It's almost tax season again.I think this year we will pay off some bills and give my rig another over haul (it's needs a rear lift lol).My doggy had puppies on the 4th.They are Pikinese and American Bull dog.They are cute but definatly not keepers.I got my little dog at a yard sale (free) and I thought they said she was fixed (I must have heard wrong) but she will be going in before long to get really "fixed".My oldest child will become a teenager next month.I am not looking forward to this at all!I have been doing the nice house cleaning job this morning and it's amazingly going fast.I guess I better get back to that job before I lose my energy.

Holiday's & Life

Thanksgiving was 5 day's ago and we are still eating turkey.We had quit a house full of feasters.I alway's wanted a house full of people during the holiday's because it just makes it seem so festive.My ex inlaws that I kept in the divorce,my ex brother n law,our widowed neighbor,all our kids,and me and my husband was here at our house for Thanksgiving.If you remember our neighbors husband passed away right before the holiday's last year and her kids live in Alaska so she is sorta alone.We now have our Christmas tree up and decorated.What is your thoughts on Christmas?Me myself believes that it is a time for children and the less fortunate.I don't care if I recieve gifts but when it comes to the kids I believe they must have something.To a child 1 gift can mean so much.The less fortunate is just like a child.A fruit cake or a whole pie or even a couple of dollars can make them so happy.My Christmas shopping is done finally.I completed it last week just to make sure I have everything that is needed.I hope everyone has a very speacial holiday season and I hope everyone has safe travels.

Halloween has come and gone and it's November already.We are 21 day's from Thanksgiving and this year I have alot to be thankful for.Then after Thanksgiving it's off to Christmas!I love the holiday's!I wrapped 25 Christmas presents this morning.I usually wait til a little closer to time but man I am getting to old to stay up til 2am just to wrap gifts.I have tried to work hard the last few months so I would be able to get the kids what they want but this year there just really ain't much that they want so that makes it a little harder.Deer season for the kiddos opens Saturday so I had to go buy their tags and ammo and a gun that would fit the smaller ones.Kaden (the smallest of them all) shot the gun yesterday and done a very nice job.He does still have a couple more years before he is able to go hunting but if he can practice from now to then he should do just fine.I skipped work today (the advantage of being self employed) so I can clean my house from top to bottom.I haven't touched it yet lol.Ok i'm off to clean :)

I am once again back.I think this could turn into a habit!My shop building came in yesterday and is now set up on the farm.I don't have to drive to work and I can work in my shabby clothes if I please.Everything is going good on the home front.My sister had a baby a couple weeks ago and they are both doing well.My mom went in yesterday to have a section of her colon removed due to it being cancerous and she goes in Friday to have a portion of her boobie cut off.I guess I'll be sporting a "save the boobies" shirt before long.My hubby didn't have to work yesterday "if the post office is closed he don't work" so we went and met my dad for lunch.A body was found right down the road from my dads house a couple days ago.It has been identified but man that is just to close to home.My shop is online selling of new and used items (clothes,toy's,dishware,etc.).If you are looking for something we just may have it!We don't mind to ship but we do try to keep it in usps flat rate boxes but if you see something you really want I'm sure we could ship it!The only items we don't ship is vehicles,boats,atvs,etc.If you would like to join in just send me a friend request on Facebook (Grace Croney Reid) and we will get you added!I better go get to work now.Have an Awsome Day!

What's amazing?Just Life!My ex took the kids Friday night so hubby took me to eat (we don't really cook when the kids aren't home).I waited for the kids to call all weekend (they dislike dads woman).Luckily I got to lay on the couch and watch movies almost the entire weekend.We did make it to the races on Saturday night and I seen the kids there.I have been cleaning out the house and throwing away everything we don't need or want.So far I have only got the living room done.I had some plans today but it's looking very stormy.We did get the kids in and got their pic taken.I'll have to post one for you to see.I've been married for almost 30 day's and it's still going very well.School starts in 3 weeks here and all the kiddos gets to go this year.I am excited but a bit sad because I have never had all of them in school all day.I'm sure I will get a very clean house and have alot of lunches with my BFF lol.Looks like I have a half dozen kids in my bed playing cars and tractors lol.I better go get them to doing what they need to be doing so I can start what I need to be doing.Have an AWSOME DAY!

Thats right!On May 28th,2011 I married my hubby.It was a small wedding with a few family and friends attending.He didn't want anything big because he wanted to leave asap after it was over.I will try to upload some pics for you all to see.I am very very happy and could ask for nothing more!

We have finally made it to Thursday which means only one more day till the weekend!I love weekends and we have alot planned for the upcoming one.There is an auction Tom wants to go to on Sunday and on Saturday I want to go geocacheing.I found one hidden box last year and thought I could get a head start on this year but the box has been moved.All the wedding invitations have been mailed and we are 4 weeks away from the big day.I am very excited!We haven't decided if we want to go to Tunica and gamble or if we want to go to Branson.I guess we will let time decide everything for us (meaning I will wait til the last second then decide).I am very good at waiting til the last minute to do anything lol.Perhaps maybe thats why I am alway's almost late for everything?I sat around and cleaned house yesterday then when it was time to make supper there was NOTHING to make..so it was off to load the kids and go to town.I went cheap and we had mcdonalds before going to the store.I now have SOMETHING to cook tonight and can stay home all day.I enjoy staying home!My chickies are picking up on laying eggs so we have eggs alot.I started giving the horse some corn and i'm pretty sure he tells me thank you everyday.Everything is blooming and starting to look pretty so maybe that means spring is finally here to stay.I love the nice spring weather!I guess I better go do the feeding and start the washing machine (id hate for anyone to have to go naked tomorrow).Have a wonderful Thursday!

It's Monday...AGAIN

Of course I'm sure you are aware that it is once again Monday.It's cold and pouring rain outisde today so that has halted my plans for the day.I have since made new plans that the rain won't disturb.I had a wonderful weekend.Tom and I celeberated our 1st year together,we bought more ducks,we ate,we watched movies,we slept,and that is about all.Saturday I bought ducks and Sunday morning they were gone so I searched for them but never found them.Sunday evening the kids came home and Kaden was determined to find the ducks,I was in the laundry room when he ran in the house yelling "I found the ducks" I threw my shoes on and followed him down the road but I never seen them.Tom and the other kids got involved in the search and the ducks was found swimming in the pond (I had searched this pond that morning).So now that the ducks are found and it is cold and rainey I am going to go to town and buy more chicken feed and fill my tank once more before gas goes up a nymore.I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!

I posted yesterday saying I was up to having 21 chickens,4 guineas,and 3 ducks.I left for town and got home to find a dog off his chain and dead chickens,ducks,and guineas everywhere!I now have 9 chickens and 3 guineas.We are also minus 2 dogs!I was mad and upset and Kaden was a bit shaken when he seen all his chickens so I text Tom and told him and he came right home.He put the dogs down.Hopefully this weekend I can get more ducks.I have alway's wanted ducks.It's rainey and sleeting on and off around here.I am so ready for spring to get here and stick around!We had our fingers measured last night..My finger is a 4 1/2 and Toms is an 11.Now I mainly blogged that so I wouldn't forget lol.It's 8:30am and I need to decide what I want to do on this day since the kiddos only have a half day of school.Kaden is sitting at the table with his new art set and a pad of construction paper painting away so that should keep him busy for awhile.

These are pics of Kaden on his 5th birthday which was last week.

The weather has been beautiful around here but a cold front moved in and cooled it off today.We have been surrounded by wildfires and since we had high winds they just kept burning.We drove around last night looking at the fires and how close they were to our house.Everything is calm this morning and I don't smell smoke so maybe they are all out now.It's now official that I am ready for a wedding.I bought the kids and Tom's clothes along with everything else last week.The color has changed from camo to yellow and light blue.The kiddos are as excited as we are.I'm up to having 21 chickens now and 4 guineas and 3 ducks.I love animals.I'm hoping to fing me a baby goat still on the bottle today.I found a mini horse yesterday but Tom said NO so I'll have to wait on that one.I haven't blogged in awhile and thought I better do so.

Back from Vacation

We took our mini vacation!We left Friday morning and returned Sunday afternoon.Tom and I rode with a friend to St Louis to the haunt show.It was all fun.I think people could tell we were small town people due to all the jay walking we done.Friday we got to St Louis and dropped our stuff at the motel then drove down to the haunt convention then on to the haunted house.Saturday we decided to not work the haunted house so we went to the haunted convention then we walked to the casino then went back to the motel .We took a nap then woke up and walked to hooters and ate then up to the convience store for lottery tickets (Won more on lottery then at the casino).Sunday we woke up and packed everything up and headed home.The time change really threw me off.The best adventure was driving down the middle of St Louis with 6 people packed into a 5 person car with a highway patrol behind us.It was a good trip but i'm glad to be home!

The begining of the new week

It's Monday once again and I am hoping the week flys by.My kiddos spent their last weekend with their father and was so happy to get back home.I made it to my friends house to see her grandbaby again and I took Tom along so he could catch the baby fever along with me.I turned the chickens,ducks,and guineas out of the pen yesterday so they could roam for a bit.Tom is off Thursday and Friday and we are leaving Friday to go to St. Louis for the weekend.It should be a good trip.I looked at the wedding supplies at wal mart over the weekend and found everything I want AND it all MATCHES!The set I found includes invatitions,place cards,the glasses,cake topper,serving set,ring pillow,flower basket,and sign in book.I couldn't believe it was less then a 100 bucks for all of it.May 7th 2011 at 2:00pm is the date and time for the big day.I'm very excited already.I have added some pics since I havent't done that in awhile.

It has been a nice beautiful day today.The nice weather has inspired me to get outside and do something so I...Went to my friends and seen her new grandbaby,had lunch with Tom and Kaden,Deposited money in the bank,Filled my gas tank,Cleaned the chicken coop,Tied the dogs up (after they got in the bunny pen and was trying to eat it),Put the bunny in her new pen,and done some laundry.It's not even 4:00 pm yet so there is plenty of time to finish all the projects.The house does need a cleaning but I have been inside all winter so choose to be outside now.I'm thinking I need to clean the yard up a bit so Tom can haul a load of trash in to work tomorrow (it helps that he works at the city "landfill" and can dump trash anytime the need arises.Tom and I have been together for 11 months today.Everything is still going fantastic and plan on getting married in 1 month.The kids are growing up and their personalities are really changing.It's hard to believe my oldest is 12 and my youngest is almost 5.

This would be our new toy.Tom is bringing a 3 wheeler home this evening so 3 or 4 of us can ride at 1 time.I thought the sickness was gone but Kaden vomited on Ashley's homework last night.I'm breaking down and taking him to the doctor today as soon as I can get him to agree on taking a bath.Went back to the lawyer yesterday and the ex has decided to just sign everything on the kiddos away since his baby was born yesterday.When the lawyer asked him why he replied "I just want to start my life over".I guess that means "I want to forget I already have kids and just start having more".I did talk it over with the kids so they know what is going on and they seemed rather relieved since daddy can't pick them up every 2 weeks for a 2 day visit and since he was alway's letting them down.We had some very nice day's weather wise here but it started raining last night and let up to a drizzle this morning which made it freeze on the windshields.I'm certainly ready for spring and summer.

Thats what I said!The kids and I am feeling MUCH better!We all still have an annoying little cough but the fevers are GONE!I thought they would never leave.We have tried to stay active through it and done a pretty good job at it.We took a road trip and bought a go cart which is pretty cool.I would not allow the kids to drive it even though it has a roll cage due to the fact they didn't have helmets that fit propely.I did manage to go out yesterday and purchase 2 helmets that fits them so the helmet I bought at wal mart is going back today.The helmets I bought yesterday is gently used and I got them both for $55.00 and the one from wal mart costed almost $80.00.We are now in the process of trading the Ford Ranger for a 4 wheeler.Hopefully we will know more about that tonight.All the kiddos has made it back to school so Kaden and I are going to town to do some shopping (gotta remember to get some food too) and have lunch with Tom.The wedding is only 5 1/2 weeks away and I am getting excited.I got my vows done too!I didn't want to have a church ceremony with it being a camo wedding but I did find a place that has the rustic look so plan on doing it there.My oldest child will be 12 on Thursday.It just dosen't seem possible!Have a fantastic Day!

Make It Go Away..And Stay There

Valentine's Day was perfect..I could not have asked for a better day.Tuesday morning 1:10am I could not sleep due to a pain in my side so I headed for the er.They ran some tests gave me meds and sent me home.Wednesday I still didn't feel well and had spiked a fever of 103.1...no big concern to me since I'm an adult.The kids got home from school and Ashley was not feeling well.She had also spiked a fever so it was off to Wal Mart to buy a cure.I got Mucinex,Delsym,Cough Drops,Thermometer,Tylenol,Vaporizer,Vicks for the vaporizer,and Vicks Rub.Got home and bathed Ashley gave her some mucinex,rubbed her down in vicks,put her in warm clothes and got her comfy and she was out like a light.I chose to not take any meds because they make me feel loopy the next day.I awoke this morning to a drenched shirt due to my fever breaking in the night.Ashley woke up with no fever and looking much better.I think we nipped the illness in the rear :)

It's a Wonderful Wednesday

It's Wednesday already.We still have a little snow left that has turned to ice around here and it's snowing again!The kids went to school this morning but i'm pretty sure they will have an early dismissel.I went by the flower shop Monday and bougt my honey a chocolate floral basket thingy that will be delivered to him Monday at work.My oldest child is almost 12 years old and boy is it showing!He has the mood swings and boss thing down pat.I keep getting side tracked by the snow.Some people in Missouri got 26 inches and boy would I love to see snow like that!I want it to snow so much that everyone has to stay home so we can make the biggest snowman ever!I'm suppose to go to the other country place today and check my dads mail but if I don't hurry I might not make it.I guess I should call my cousin and see how the roads are out that way.Most of the dirt roads here are clear but I traveled some yesterday that was almost a nightmare.I guess I need to go get on my day clothes and get it a scootin.Have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!

What A Weekend

It was quit the weekend around here.It started snowing Friday afternoon and stopped snowing on Saturday kinda sorta.We was only to get like an inch but ended up with about 6 inches of the white stuff.I dropped the kids off with their dad Friday evening then I headed to Wal Mart.I don't recall buying anything but a new vaccume cleaner and dryer sheets and then we went and ate.Saturday we got up and went to town for some reason then came home and took a nap then woke up and headed to the movies and out for supper then it was back home.Sunday we went to the animal auction then picked the kids up and came home.It was a VERY quiet relaxing weekend.Then of course last night was the Super Bowl!My team did win!I love the Packers!And now as you know this is Monday and I have laundry calling my name.Why can they make so many self cleaning things but it dosen't include laundry?I slack on laundry alot.Perhaps I should go get started on it then I could get it done but when I think about it I think of my nice comfy bed lol.I guess thats all for now.Have a wonderful week!

Not Much of Anything

It's Thursday and the kids are back in school.I have just done alot of nothing so far today.I did manage to get my bedroom cleaned and some laundry done yesterday.I did get mine and the kids trip planned last night so now March needs to hurry and get here!We will be leaving on March 11th and returning on March 13th.We really ain't doing much but it's enough to wear them out.Life is going fantastic still.Tom and I have been together for 10 months and 2 day's!It has been the fastest 10 months of my life!The kiddos goes to their father's tomorrow evening.I have a couple that is excited and a few that is whining over it.Kaden dosen't think he should have to go because he needs his daddy.To Kaden Donald is just his friend and Tom is his daddy.We even managed to confuse the tax man!Oh ain't it lovely when life is confusing lol.I'm still trying to get everything set for the big wedding day.Music seems to be where all my troubles begin.I have so many I want to play but I'm sure there won't be time for all of them.I definatly want George Strait,I cross My Heart!If you have any ideas feel free to let me know.I better get ready to go to the cell company.Have a great day and remember tomorrow is Friday!

Ol Man Winter Arrived Along With Everything I didn't Plan For

Saturday morning we ran out of propane.We turned on the kerosene heater along with electric heaters to keep toasty til Monday.Monday a snow blizzard was on it's way so I called the propane company and had propane delivered so we would have auctual heat.Tuesday the rain,sleet and snow moved in and oh my we lost electric so it was back to town for me to buy food that didn't have to be cooked.I drove from store to store looking for another kerosene heater because the one we was using was Tom's moms and they needed it.Nobody had a heater for sale but Tom found one when he got off work.So now we have plenty of heat,food,and water.I called the electric co-op to be put on hold the whole ten minutes so I could tell them when the electric came on.So now after stocking up on everything we have electric and everything else EXCEPT snow and ice.The snow isen't piling up much,the roads are in good condition,the kids are out of school.Hopefully tomorrow they have school.I've been watching the kids bib coveralls at wal mart because I knew it was time for the price to drop.The original price was $30.00 but I paid $11.00 yesterday.I was sure glad to get them for the kids.Donald's girlfriends baby is due in 2 weeks.It's suppose to be a girl.I need to be doing some laundry and posting stuff on craiglist.Have a Wonderful week and remember we are half way through it!

It's been awhile since I have blogged.Life has gotten fairly crazy around here.My ex was polite enough to go get our marriage legalized so i was polite enough to go get a lawyer at his expense.It feels like I have been in her office more then I have been home.Hopefully in 2 weeks I will be a happily divorced woman and the proud owner of 5 children.The first visit with the lawyer Donald was present and asked me if I would take on his girlfriends 2 year old child and teach her to not scream and cry (we had one like this and I got him to stop)because they have to keep her locked in the bedroom so they don't have to hear it.I told him NO since I had already done this once before with my own (I didn't lock him in the bedroom).Then it was brought up that Donald's girlfriend is pregnant so the lawyer asked if I would like to have custody of it also,I told her No because I didn't help create it.Who in the world would go in a lawyers office and say such things?Has to be a man thing!I did however get my way with my kids after him saying all that he did.He has agreed on everything that I have said so far but I did threaten him in the parking lot before going in.It wasen't a bad threat but you know like alimony,extra child support,taking full custody,etc.It worked in my favor.We are expecting alot of snow and ice tonight.I bought a couple of sleds a couple of weeks ago so we are set and ready!We did run out of propane Saturday morning but I called this morning and they had more here within 2 hours!Tonight is the night I get to go file taxes!I didn't pay a dime in so im not getting a dime back..OH wait I will be getting some back because I have to file with Donald and he has to give me half of his!Life is just full of amazing things!I'm sure Donald isen't as happy as I am with his life but life is only what you make it.I think if he could have showed the kids some love and respect it might of could have worked but without love and respect you have nothing!My kids do have love and respect now and they are almost alway's smiling,laughing,or singing!To see them happy makes me happy.Well it's time to go pick the kiddos up from school.

Today is going to be one crazy day!I'm going to my friends house to take pics of baby items after my laundry gets dried,I have to be at the lawyers office at 2pm,Tom is getting off work at 12pm,and who knows what is going to happen between all of this.My ex and I agreed on some things yesterday so it should make it easier today.My lil man just got out of bed and came to me to let me know he sweeped a bunch (he slept a bunch).I now have him settled in my bed watching Mickey Mouse ClubHouse.I haven't been having hot flashes lately,they was so bad I thought I was going to run us out of cold water.April 2nd 2011 is the new wedding date!Our colors are black,white,and camo.I believe I found a rustic looking location that will blend in with the colors.I have 6 bridesmaids,6 groomsmen,1 maid of honor,1 best man,2 flower girls,and 1 ring bearer so far.I already have my dress so all i have to get is the boy's and Tom's white shirts and my shoes (why can't I just wear my boots?).I watched My Big Redneck Wedding last night on CMT but I seen zero ideas for me.Our snow is finally gone!I'm still awaiting my W-2 so I can go file taxes but it seems to be taking forever!I guess I should go get everything I need for the day together so I don't leave anything behind.Have another awsome day!

It's officially Monday again!The kids had no school the past 4 day's due to snow and the weekend.Tom's Birthday Party was yesterday,He is now 42 years old.I sat down last night and made auctual wedding plans so now I am ready.I heard from my ex last week...of course he has changed his mind on his knocked up broad and wants me back but I had to turn him down.I got a new ride (or new to me anyway).It's a year younger then the Tahoe was but hey it runs and has the 3rd row seat.I took new ride out on Thursday to try out the 4x4 and it does work so I am happy!We filed Tom's taxes now just waitin on my w2 so I can go file.Since I bought new furniture and tv's last year I am going to help Tom out with his bills this year to get them out of the way.Not alot has happened.Hopefully there will be no more snow day's on Friday's so I can get blogging back on track.Have an awsome Monday!

I forgot to blog yesterday.I can't say anything exciting happened.I had to take Brent to the doctor for his check up and run back to the store for everything I forgot the day before.As for today,well I was going to do some deep house cleaning but I have a kid home from school vomiting so I don't see the house getting cleaned.I let Tom read Tuesday's blog and he still couldn't figure out what in the world he had done so I explained it to him like I would explain it to a 2 year old and then I started laughing because he did take off work early lol.It's almost time for my new ride to be here.I think we are going to look at suvs with the 3rd row seat on Saturday!I told him all I really wanted was a 56 model so we don't have all the computer junk.I have had a total of 7 vehicles in 11 years!My honey just called me!He calls me about 50 times a day just to tell me nothing or to tell me what he told me yesterday.I sure do love hearing his voice though so it's ok.I'm thinking with income tax i'm going to purchase a cook stove,stove hood,refridgerator,and a vaccume cleaner.We have all of these items that are in working order BUT the cook stove isen't white like it should be,the stove hood only has the fan and I want a light,the fridge dosen't fit in it's place,and the vaccume is a water filtered hyla that stinks terribly when you turn it on.I am also going to buy a rig.Tom is buying supplies to add on so all the kids can have their own bedrooms.I tried to explain that the girls can share a room and so can the boy's but he wants them all to have their own space.I do guess that is all for now.I better go see how much house I can get cleaned!Have a Fantastic Day!

It's once again Monday!Sometimes I wonder why we can't just skip Monday.I did try to sleep this Monday away after getting the kids on the bus but here I am wide awake.I thought we was going to get alot of snow last night but nope we didn't.It is suppose to snow tonight (about 2 inches) so I am crossing my fingers it comes!We haven't had snow this year so we are ready for it.It was a very peaceful weekend!Tom went rabbit hunting with his cousin and the kids played outside or watched tv and I just took some alone time and hibernated in the bedroom with good books and the internet.Have a great week!

We have made it thru most of the week which only means it's almost Friday!I love Friday's because it means I have to get the house picked up for the weekend.I'm still attempting to get things back in order from Christmas.I did manage to get the toy's sorted and yet another bag that needs to go elsewhere'don't care where they go but they can't stay here!I heard yesterday that our old pastor is in ICU on life support (he is as old as my dad) so prayer's go out for him.The Tahoe part should be in today so maybe it will fix that thing for awhile.It broke down on me again Tuesday so we pushed it back up to the school and let it sit there then yesterday the school called for me to go get a sick kid and the trusty Ranger would not start for anything so I borrowed Tommy's car.I'm just waiting on taxes so I can get a new ride!I will NOT buy a Chevy that's for certain!Funny thing is I had a Chevy Camaro that I drove for 5 years then I had to many kids so I bought a Chevy Pickup and drove it for 5 years but haven't had a good Chevy since then.I bet I could buy the Camaro back but I have more kids now then I had then so that might not be a good idea.I have a ton of stuff to get on Craiglist by tomorrow and a house needing some tlc but something tells me this aint the day it's going to happen.I could change my mind on that after I get some coffee running through me.I try to call my cousin once a week since I rarely get to see her and I passed her Tuesday I think it was and man it felt good to see her.I don't see very many people since I moved so it sure is good to see people around town.Tomorrow I am shooting to start a blog like I once done.Wish me luck and hopefully I don't forget.Have a great day everyone!

Begining the New Year

I can't believe it's 2011 already!2010 was a very fast year for me.Here are a few good/bad things that happened in 2010..
1.My ex sat all the kids belongings and part of mine on th curb (good)
2.I met the man that I thought didn't exist
3.I have been in a relationship with Mr.Perfect for 9 months with NO fighting or arguing
4.Tahoe broke down 7 months ago
5.Got Tahoe running Monday 1-3-2011
6.Trusted Tahoe enough to take it to town 1-4-2011 but broke down again
7.Watched my kiddos get another year older
8.Watched my kids come out of their skittish selfs (they now have good male influence with no fears)
9.Put on a few extra pounds
10.Watched all my life long dreams come true!
It might not sound like much but it is alot to me.I didn't make any resolutions this year but decided to take it one day at the time.My goal for this day is to get the house picked up and back in order.Christmas break for the kids means no time to do deep cleaning..just pick up enough toy's so you can have a path to the front door.Tom had to go to work early this morning for a city counsil meeting and it's not yet time to get the kids up for school so I thought it was the perfect blog time.I'm thinking about electing one day per week to do some sort of "special" blog but haven't decided on what to do yet.I'm sure I will think of it soon.Thank each and every one of you for reading my blog.Have a wonderful day!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day was a great day!My kids have alway's went to bed Christmas Eve and slept all night..Not this year!The kids went to bed at 9pm and at 11pm I heard feet on the floor so I got out of bed to see which child it was,It was kaden sitting with his stocking!Out of 8 stockings he found his lol.When he noticed we had spotted him he very quickly laid down and pretended to be asleep.He ended up sleeping with me and Tom that night with no more trouble from him.Not long after Kaden fell asleep another child got up.Finally we realized those kids was working shifts and once every 5 minutes someone was up checking stockings!They never touched the presents under the tree thank goodness.At 5:20am Christmas morning Tommy woke me up so we could all open presents which meant waking all the kids from their long night.I was all for it thinking they would take a nap sometime.Well we opened all the presents and I put the ham and turkey in the oven and yep I went back to bed and slept til Tom woke me up at 9:20am.We then proceeded to finish cooking and picking up all the trash before the company arrived.Our neighbor and my parents came to eat with us.They all laughed and chatted and just really made my house noisey lol.We all enjoyed ourselves but once all the company was gone me and Tom both went back to sleep.This time we slept for about 2 hours then once again got woke up.It was a very long never ending day but it was great!I hope to have many more holidays just like it!Sunday morning I dropped the kids with my ex's mom so she could have Christmas with them.I did proceed to pick most of them back up (Kelsey and Brenten stayed but Brenten came home yesterday and Ashley went to stay with my mom until tonight).I was having a mean dream about my ex last night something about me letting him know I could have his house and truck and there was nothing he could do about it then I heartd kids and woke up to Justin and Brenten going at it full force.BLAH not a great way to start the day but everyone survived and they have seperated themselves from each other so now it's a good day!I have done laundry and cleaned the kitchen and living room today so now all I have to do is wait on the propane man to get here.Do you see this picture of Tom scrubbing the toilet?I miss placed him on Christmas Day and this is what I found him doing!I knew I got my Mr.Perfect this time!On New Year's day it will be our 9 month anniversary so we are dropping the kids off at the sitter and going out for a couple of hours.Justin just informed me that there is a skunk outside so I went to the window to see the stinky thing walking toward Kaden so I ran to the door and got Kaden in the house and just a few seconds later the stinky thing was on the porch!We have 2 stray dogs that are keeping the stinky thing trapped now so we just will be spending the day in the house.I think thats all for now!

Christmas is finally upon us!I have gotten everything done except the cooking and I started that this morning.Tonight we go to Tom's parents to do Christmas then tomorrow we will have ours at home.Last Saturday we went to my parents to do Christmas there.I don't ever recall going to so many places lol.The neighbor lady has had to put her husband in the nursing home and he now lays in icu so I invited her to our place for Christmas and she said she would be here.All her kids and step kids live in Alaska so she has no close family and it's just not right to spend the holiday's alone.I have added some recent pics.Kaden had asked Santa for a tractor he could ride and since Tom works at the transfer station someone brought in a John Deere tractor and brought it home for lil man and he lives on that thing.I feel very blessed this year!I caught word yesterday that my ex is gonna be a daddy so congrats to him!I now have my 5 kids full time and they are enjoying that.They was tired of bouncing back and forth.My ex was polite enough to text me to let me know he no longer wished to have the kids for visits any longer and he would be willing to sign what parental rights he had away.That was fine n dandy with me!I know it's a short post so enjoy the pics.Until next time...Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

It's has been busy around here.I haven't had the chance to post anything since I haven't had a computer but I finally broke down and bought a laptop.Deer season has opened here and Tom and I have been taking my oldest Justin to the woods so he can try to get a deer.He has had one good chance but since him and Tom was sleeping instead of watching he missed it.Now your probaly wondering what I have been up to...Well Ashley turned 7 on the 6th,Brenten got kicked off the school bus for 3 day's getting to ride it again today,Deer hunting,Moving my mother,and I think thats about it.The Holiday's are approaching rather quickly and this does excite me.My ex no longer gets the kids (not because I don't want him to see them it was just his choice).I was also informed from my ex that he shouldn't have to pay child support for something I done (I'm just good like that to create 5 kids alone).Thats ok because his money ain't good enough anyway.Tom and I are still going strong and the kids have really bonded with him well.I can tell he honestly loves the kids and they love him too.I'm waiting on the cable guy to get here so he can get the cable straightened out.

I am less then 7 weeks away from tying that special knot with that someone special.I got my dress yesterday!I love the dress but dislike the fact that my c section scar shows through.My colors are white,black,and camo so have thought about having a camo band put around the waist line.Please excuse my hair in the pics (I was in a mood when I left home and it was windy).October 16th is my day!I am excited but yet scared senseless.The kids are all in school again and it leaves me home alone on Tuesday's and Thursday's.I am finally able to speak to my ex without blowing up at him.I go to a specialitist on the 27th for a 2nd opinion because they think I have cancer.I was angry about this but got over it and got scared but then I said my prayers and got over that too!I know it will all turn out fine.Oh by the way umm my ex was texting me while I was trying on my dress lol.He just needed someone to talk to but I didn't tell him what I was doing.It's almost time for my baby boy to get home.I better go start the washer,dish washer,dryer,vacumme,etc but first I have to make a pit stop.Have a fantastic day!Hey I am open on ideas for what I need at a wedding!I know me,him,a dress,and a cake.Anything I'm forgetting?

Hello everyone.I hope everyone has been doing well and staying cool.We have anounced we are getting married October 16th 2010!!We are taking our honeymoon a week later and plan to go to Tunica to do some gambling.I hope I win big!!My ex informed us he now has a girlfriend.Fine by me but...It's my soon to be hubby's cousin.We are talking 2nd cousin!!I have been informed by the family that I should not send my kids there!!This lady has 2 kids of her own that she cant't find time for so why would I want to put mine in on something like that?I wouldn't and I ain't going to!!My honey asked if I would pick up some ribs after work and have the grill started by 4pm.I told him sure thing.I did go buy ribs but umm I have been so busy with online games so I haven't got the grill started (it's 4:18pm).Perhaps maybe I will have it started shortly lol.We are all still doing fantastic here.The kids are growing like dandelions.School starts on August 19th and that should make things easier.Righht now trying to pack kids and adults in a single cab pickup to go to the baby sitter and work is a nightmare!My tahoe is still not running and I have decided I am not putting anymore money into it.I came up with that because after spending 4 paychecks plus on it and it still dont run....Just seems like a waste of money.I went as far as buying a new computer for it and still got nothing out of it.I guess I just give up on it.I better go get that grill lit before Tink gets home or I might starve tonight.I love it when he cooks (we try to split it up so we dont have a burn out on cooking).It's sooo nice to have a man that HELPS around the house and with the kids.It's just like a dream come true!

It's been crazy around here!With both of us working and only having 1 form of transportation it gets rough.I have really never had to depend on anyone before and I am finding it hard to do.I worked 11 day's straight with a scedule of 25 straight day's but there was no way I could do it so I took Saturday and Sunday off.I figured they would fire me but at the time I could have cared less.They didn't fire me thank goodness.They did however scedule me for a day off here and there (today being my day off).I have to take my youngest to Springfield today.Now with my tahoe being down and ill I was going to cancel the appointment but Tom's mom insisted I take her car.Ok so now I have a car to go but no money.Well Tom hauled a load of scrap and got money to go but his mom didn't think 20 was enough so she gave him another 20.Now this means I have a car and 40 to go.They make me feel special around here.I auctually dumped him Friday because his child yelled at him while he was working at the fair at the busy time.I thought it would make his life a little easier but he talked and talked me out of it.I do love him with my whole heart!I don't know how I lived without him as long as I did.I guess we know when the right one is the right one.He is the right one for me.Tomorrow will be the 4 month marker of our relationship.Yep it's been 4 months but it don't feel like it's been that long.We really don't see that much of each other.We get up at 6:30am and he drops me at work at 7:30 then I get off work and come home and he gets home at 5:30pm.By then he has to start chores or finish up the ones I don't have done then we eat and spend time with the kids then shower and go to bed by 10pm.So that equals 5 1/2 hours a day spent together or kinda together.Now I better go dip a couple of kids in the tub so we can get on the road.Have a Great Day!and thanks for stopping by my blog.

I once again have internet!It's been a long 3 months without it.We are all doing fine in this part of the world.Work is consuming 99% of my time but hey I like it.I have also been without my rig for almost 2 weeks.On Father's Day Tom and I went to a little town 12 miles from home and on the way back it quit and hasen't run since.Maybe someday when I win the lottery I will buy something new.Until then I will just keep hitching rides.Life is still great though!I wouldn't trade it for anything!This is a recent pic of me and my honey.I took it last night.

This is my 300th post!I last posted a blog on June 3rd and a bit has changed since then.I now have a job!Its not that I had to have one its just that I wanted one.I applied on Tuesday and they called on Thursday and I started work on Saturday.I love it!I did manage to get today off but I may not get another free day for awhile.I have 4 of my kids today and Toms oldest nephew Levi.We are planning a trip to where I work to play in the pool.Ill be 28 on the 20th of this month (Fathers Day).Ill be 30 before I know it!That's the update around here for now.Have a great day!

I will change my blog header as soon as possible.I haven't lived in the city for 9 weeks!It has been 9 weeks since I moved in with Tom!The time has flew by but the good thing is is that we don't argue or fight or even get moody!We have both stayed happy with each other.Our farm is getting smaller.We took 4 sheep to the sale because they kept jumping the fences and the lamb died yesterday.That leaves us with 4 hens,1 rooster,1 bottle calf,2 sheep,3 dogs,and we lost count of cats since 3 of them had babies!We are hoping to just stick with horses,calfs,and chickens from now on.We will see how that goes!Anyway there is your random update so until next time!

Ok so I haven't been posting like I should be.I've been slacking for 20 days!Not a lot has happened around here except hot temps and rain.School will get out tomorrow for summer vacation and I have made no plans yet.Kaden was in a 4 wheeler wreck Sunday but came out lucky.He got a few very minor scruffs but no trip to the hospital.Other then chasing kids and sheep and bottle feeding the calf I just spend my time running back and forth to town.

This has been a wonderful 2 weeks.You know when you want something important but it feels as if your never going to find it?You know how you search long and hard for this thing you want so badly but it never comes so you just give up?Then one day you realize it's at your feet?Yes that is what has happened to me.I was searching for that perfect man.I have been searching for 3 years.Well about a month ago this perfect man landed at my feet.Really he just appeared!He is so opposite from Donald!This guy is not all about himself.He treats my kids with love and respect and guess what..He treats me the same!He does have 2 kids ages 13 and 18 (girl and boy) and even they show me respect!Last night we had all 7 kids together and we all 9 played like kids.It was sooo great.His kids do not resent me (we thought they both might) but they don't!I was informed I am cooler then the bio mom!I think God has showed me the light at the end of the tunnel when I least expected it!I just couldn't keep my mouth shut any longer.I am sooo happy!

Ok so finally this evening I decided to load up the bicycles and take the kids somewhere new to ride.I decided on a little park that the family get together was held last year.As we was driving down the road beside the train tracks I notice a man running ON the tracks,I instantly thought that I should call the cops but didn't see or hear any trains so decided to let him run,Then the kids noticed him and started yelling "look at the hobo" Look at the hobo".Then there it was...A TRAIN!The hobo didn't move off the tracks and the train couldn't stop.So to end this I will tell you that me and my 5 loving happy children watched a hobo get hit on the tracks.I doubt he lived to tell the tale.It didn't affect me at the time and the kids started saying they could now use him as fish bait.It did hit me after getting home and setting down to my meat loaf.I just could not eat it.Yes I have a very weak stomach!I didn't get any pics{thank my lucky stars} because I would like to soon forget it.I am having the guilty's right now.What if he left befing children and a wife?Or what if he was going to see his family?Or what if he just needed a friend to talk to?If I would have called the cops would they have gotten there in time?Nothing I do or say will change anything now but in the future I WILL REMEMBER!

A 36 year old female had an accident several weeks ago and totaled her car.

A resident of Kilgore , Texas she was traveling between Gladewater & Kilgore. It was raining, though not excessively, when her car suddenly began to hydro-plane and literally flew through the air.

She was not seriously injured but very stunned at the sudden occurrence!

When she explained to the highway patrolman what had happened he told her something that every driver should know - NEVER DRIVE IN THE RAIN WITH YOUR CRUISE CONTROL ON.

She thought she was being cautious by setting the cruise control and maintaining a safe consistent speed in the rain..

But the highway patrolman told her that if the cruise control is on when your car begins to hydro-plane and your tires lose contact with the pavement, your car will accelerate to a higher rate of speed making you take off like an airplane. She told the patrolman that was exactly what had occurred.

The patrolman said this warning should be listed, on the driver's seat sun-visor - NEVER USE THE CRUISE CONTROL WHEN THE PAVEMENT IS WET OR ICY, along with the airbag warning.

We tell our teenagers to set the cruise control and drive a safe speed - but we don't tell them to use the cruise control only when the pavement is dry.

The only person the accident victim found, who knew this (besides the patrolman), was a man who had a similar accident, totaled his car and sustained severe injuries.

NOTE: Some vehicles (like the Toyota Sienna Limited XLE) will not allow you to set the cruise control when the windshield wipers are on.

Ok so I have spent to much time thinking.......I went to an auction today where they were selling animals.It was a new experiance for me.There were men in wore jeans and cowboy boots all around.One kept looking and talking to me and playing with my kids.I then got to thinking about a wedding.I could get married in a barn so easily!As we left the sale I turned the radio on and a slow country love song came on and I knew that would be the song that was played as me and my groom were dancing.I don't even know how to dance but for that occassion I would be very willing to learn.I just dreamed on the trip home and it was awsome!I want to be a ranchers wife,I want to live on a farm,I want to watch the love of my life walk to the house from the barn every day for the rest of my life.I just want to love and be loved!Now the funny thing is....The guy that was playing with my kids asked if I lived where I live and I said yes.He then asked which kid alway's stands inthe window on trash day.Oh that would be my youngest.Then he said he knew he had seen the kids before.Well great now he knows where I live!He has a 18 year old son and a 13 year old daughter (the daughter was there today).Anyway that is my dream life!

Do you smell that stink?Good I'd really hope you didn't.Kaden still has accidents in his drawers sometimes and it's a big stinky mess.I finally got lazy and took a pair of his underwear to the spigot outside to be rinsed which is right under the kitchen window.I had the window open airing out the house as I washed out underware then as I was doing dishes the stink flowed right to my nostrils.How did I take care of the stink?I got me a oil plug in air freshner that belongs in an electric plug in and just stuck it in the window.Problem solved!It dosen't stink anymore.I had lunch with my friend today 30 minutes after me and Kaden hit the burger joint.I still managed to eat 1 large order of fries then 2 plates at the buffet then I ate my burger 5 minutes after getting home.Yep your right I am a bottomless pit.Kaden now goes to school with pride instead of tears.They put a train track in his class room and that makes him happy.I am planning to take the kids to the park tomorrow after school gets out.It's suppose to be warm and windy!We finally managed to get a tire swing up for the kiddos this evening.I took my turn on it to make sure it would hold and it did so I guess it's good to go.What would you use to hang a tire swing?I'll take a pic tomorrow to show you what I used.I'm planning on having another giveaway very soon!I believe I once said I was going to have one every month but haven't held up to that so I done one in March and I will have one in April!Keep checking back so you don't miss it!

I guess I posted friday so I haven't been away for very long it just feels like forever.Thursday I over slept and had to take the kids to school.I gave them the lecture about waking me up Monday-Friday if there is school.Friday morning they remembered what I had said and all 5 kids was standing outside the bedroom door with pots,pans,and spoons beating away.I made sure they got on that big yellow bus!!We got some flash flooding yesterday.I alway's rake my leaves to the driveway that way when it rains and floods my leaves wash away to the neighbors yard.I told the kids to behave so we could go to the store and buy the stuff to make a banana split cake and chicken strips for supper.They are behaving nicely.There ain't been much going on here.

Hello Everyone!I have had a BLAH weekend and today wasen't much better.Sinus issues have finally risen in this household!WELCOME SPRING!I love spring but I hate the allergies that comes with it.Oh let me remind you I am not the one suffering....it's the rest of the household.I'm the maid,doctor,and taxi so I can't get sick.Auctually I just rarely get sick (knock on wood).I have been itching to hold a baby lately and today I got to do just that.I carried a 4 week old baby through wal mart for 2 hours.I just couldn't bear to put her in her carseat.I want to have a give away but not sure what I want to give yet.Just keep checking back and maybe I'll figure it out soon!Oh darn I just thought of an idea!Better be watching now!Ok I better go make a list of my giveaway list.See Ya Tomorrow!

Where do I start?Oh yes,with yesterday's doctor appointment of course.I took Justin and Brenten for their well child visit yesterday {they have not been to the doctor in over 2 years}.Brenten went first for his examination.He passed with flying colors.As the doctor was checking his nether regions he informed us all that his penis is bigger then Justin's {I guess he has been sizing up his brother}.Then it was Justin's turn and he also passed with flying colors.The doctor said he will start slimming down since he is in the puberty stage.So great news on both!This morning I checked my phone for any emails that came in through the night.I had a bunch of junk and a friend request from my cousin that I had not seen {or so i thought}in 12 years.I had been searching high and low for her but had no luck.Well to recieve a friend request from her was just an awsome feeling!We have been texting since 7:30am this morning.Our birthday's are very close together but I am 6 day's older.It is so goos to hear from her.Last year I was so close to her and didn't even know it!When my 2nd child was born I thought I saw her at the hospital but figured I was wrong so I just passed her by.She informed me that she seen me!Man we could have talked and kept in touch but neither of us wanted to look like a fool.I'm just so thankful she is back in my life!

I had to take the girls to the doctor for their visit today.Ashley passed with flying colors but Kelsey failed a couple of things.I have to put her on meds for 2 weeks and see if that helps her peeing problems.If it don't help I will be taking her to a specialitist.Hopefully we can get something worked out.Kaden gets to go to the doctor tomorrow!I never realize that my kids never get sick enough for a doctor and then years gets away from me.I guess it saves on the bills.And now that I remember that it is St.Patty's Day,I hope you have a wonderful day!

My baby boy is 4 years old today!If you want to get technical he is 4 years 1 hour and 33 minutes old!He was born March 16th 2006 at 7:00am.He was 5 pounds 12 ounces and 18 inches long {if I remember right}.I snapped this picture of him as soon as he woke up and came to me this morning.My baby is not much of a baby anymore {but I will still treat him like one}.

I managed to take Kaden to school today!Now I hope you understand I would of let him stay home but had a meeting with his teacher's so decided he could stay.After the meeting I got to come home and be lonely all by myself for a little over an hour {I left home to get him 30 minutes early and it's only a 10 minute drive}.Brenten came home from school being a terror to the other kids.I was at the door watching the kids on their bikes and Brent rode by Justin and tried to wreck him so Justin told brent karma was going to get him and at that moment Brent had a nice bloody crash.He is fine and will recover before bed time.Just some little scrapes on his hip,chest,and elbow,oh and a bloody nose.My Monday has been terrifffffic!I still have to go buy the kids lunch for school tomorrow but I'm waiting on Donald so I don't have to go alone.Did I mention Kaden had a fight with Brent's bike on Saturday?He most certainly did.He got a hefty know on his head behind his ear and managed to make his ear swell.He also recovered by bed time.Are you thinking my kids are accident prone?Yep they most certainly are.I hope you had a blessed Monday and hope your Tuesday is even better!

CLEANING!!!!!Yes that is what I have been up to.Good news is that I have nothing left to clean!It's still the kids spring break so no school this week.Why can I clean the entire house when all the kids are home in my way but don't have the energy to do anything when they are all gone?All well at least it got done.The kids and I loaded up and headed for the grocery store this morning.They was all great {yes I said GREAT} while going through the store.Some people show such shock when they see a mommy shopping alone with 5 kids and the kids are following in a single file line touching nothing but the floor under their feet!Yesterday the kids was starting to get at each other but then I had an idea.So I sent all the kids in search of plastic bottles with lids then they each made their own bird feeder.After getting them hung in the tree's the kids sat quietly without moving so they could see which feeder the birds liked best.To their surprise the birds hit everyone of them.Hopefully to reward them for being good all week the weather will stay nice and I can take them to the park for a picnic and play time tomorrow.We all enjoy the park.Yes when I take my kids to the park I play on the equipment too!They love it that their mommy can act like them.Our pet birds have laid eggs!They laid some before but they didn't have anything but a bowl to lay them in so they didn't sit.This time they have a private box.I noticed the male bird only comes out of the box when the mommy bird say's it's ok.She is so controlling of him lol.Donald's mom will be here Friday or Saturday!She is finally getting out of the nursing home!We will all miss seeing everyone there but we can alway's go back to visit them.I feel so blessed to have the family I have.Not everyone has family and so I would take in each and every person as family if i was able.I follow 5 moms & a blog and the yesterday post has had me laughing and thinking.If you haven't been there let me know and I will send a link.I guess I should go find something to do.Maybe I will rearange my living room.Man I love it that I can now do that by myself!Have a happy blessed day!

Ah it's finally Wednesday!My week has just flew right by.I have managed to get alot done which is near a miracle with all 5 kids home.We have had nice weather during the day so the kids have been able to play outside while I clean the house.I think this is the day that the temps will be in the 70's.Brent caught the trash men yesterday since our trash haden't made it to the curb and the guys waited while he ran the trash to them.The trash men here don't like waiting for your trash but they seemed to have enjoyed waiting for Brent.This morning Brent and Kaden got into a fight which happens alot.Kaden clawed Brents eye and Brent smacked Kadens arm but they are both fine now.My friend picked up Justin yesterday at Murphy's so I only have 4 kids today!I seem to have alot to get finished up today so I better go get started.Have a WONDERFUL HUMP DAY!

Spring is in the air..I know this because this week the kids are on spring break and my plants are sprouting!I was up at 5am this morning ready to tackle spring chores.The kids and I managed to get all the matress's carried outside to air and next will be getting all the trash collected and on the curb.I have so much I want to get done today.Donald's mom will be here Friday for her move in so we have to get our house in working order for a wheel chair.Donald's dad is leaving out for Mexico on Wednesday so we will have a couple weeks peace and quiet from him.I'm hoping to get the house done by noon so we can go spend some time outside in the yard.I love spring!I hope everyone has a nice blessed day!

Today my 3 year old son {he will be 4 in 2 weeks} got a wiffle ball from his Grandma.I have bought these alot and never had a problem with them.Well today we had a major issue with one!I was relaxing on the couch with a very good book while Kaden sat next to me holding this ball.Then I heard him say "Mommy look finger is stuck".I thought no problem I'll just wiggle it out.That didn't work so I added alot of lotion.That didn't work so I drug out my hair clipping scissors and cut that ball in half.I still wasen't able to free the finger and although it had only been a matter of about 5 minutes the finger was swelling.I took him to the kitchen and poured a 1/2 bottle of vegetable oil on the finger.Still it just wasen't coming out!I finally told my mom I was taking him to the emergency room to either get the ball,finger,or both removed!The recepconist thought it was funny and so did all the ill people waiting to to be seen.They had us in within 30 seconds and the doctor started cutting the plastic to try to free the finger.He finally added ky jelly and that still didn't work.So he finally went and got a pair of clamps that look like scissors and a small pair of scissors and he came back to get the job done!10 minutes later my baby boy was walking out of there with all 5 fingers and no plastic on his finger!I didn't give them my name,address,phone number,or anything else so I don't guess I'll be getting a bill this time!Little mans finger is still red and swollen but it dosen't seem to be bothering him.Then about 15 minutes after arriving home My oldest son ran into the house with both hands covering his face and blood gushing.I hate blood.It make my tummy do icky things.So I followed him to the bathroom and he opened his hands over the sink ewwww.I gave his a wash cloth and asked him what happened.He told me he had a bike wreck and lost both of his shoes LOL.I have never heard of that but ok I thought.I went outside to fetch shoes when my middle son yelled to the neighbor kids "Justin had a bike wreck and it gave him a bloody nose"The neighbor kids yelled back "No he didn't!" I came back in and told him it couldn't possibaly be a bike wreck and that is when the truth came out.He said "I was jumping on the trampoline playing dead man dead man and I jumped to escape Sarah and I hit Malachi's knee"Ok now that sounds more like it.The bleeding stopped and his nose looks normal.Now all the kiddos are in bed and I am taking a breather.

And I can't wait!I got seeds planted in pots and in the window sills for sunlight yesterday so before long they will be ready to be moved outside!I bought rakes,shovels,hoes,tree clippers,and a 3 prong dirt digger.Now all I need is the chain saw out of the truck so I can cut me some wood for the fire pit!I went outside yesterday to help some ladies load up the little tike toy's and was fine in my t shirt until I seen it SNOW!!!!Yes it was snowing!I then turned cold and thought I would never warm up.I have to decide which tree's I want left and which ones are coming down.I discovered last year we have a mulberry tree which is way awsome!I want my garden by it with a bench so I can work in the garden then sit on the bench and eat the berries while sippin cold water from the garden hose!I haven't done much lately.Out cockatiels have been mating so I built a nesting box last night for when they are ready to lay some eggs.

After washing and drying laundry then toting it to the living room to be folded and put away there is alway's lint,papers,etc remnants left on the floor?Isen't laundry suppose to be clean after laundering?When your starving it takes forever for the meal to cook but if your not that hungary it's done in 15 minutes?Shoulden't it be faster when your hungary?When you don't want to go any where there is 100 places to go...When you want to go somewhere there is nowhere to go?Can't we alway's have some where to go?When you go to the store for 1 or 2 things you walk out with 100 things and none of it is what you went for,when you go to the store after nothing you walk out with everything you forgot before?Is that just senseless?You can hear 50 good songs on the radio while driving but when you sit down to look up some good music you find nothing?You try for a year on potty training then give up because it's not happening then they do it themselves?Shouldn't it be easier with your help?We try for the first year to teach our kids to walk and talk then the next 20 years trying to get them to sit down and shut up?Shouldn't it take less time since they are older?Thats just some thoughts!Have anything you want to add?

As a child I loved to ride bikes and walk.I could be found either walking down the street on my way to the store or to the creek or on a bike doing the same thing.Back in the day it seems as though I could move anything that was in my way.I don't recall anything stopping me back then.Then I count up and realize it has been 20 years ago.I learned yesterday that I can no longer do things as I once did.We decided to sell our old 500 pound tv,so yesterday I pushed,pulled,and scooted this tv out of the boy's room so a man could come buy it.It was heavy and it made me sweat!It also made me grumpy and it made me dislike a ton of things!I am so happy I never have to see it again!Then the kids got home so I decided I would borrow one of the kids bikes so I could ride.YIKES I made it up the street at a high rate of speed and back down just as fast.Then about the third trip up I realized my legs hurt.I'm sure this was good for me!It is exercise right?Well I told the kids I would ride a bike everyday just to keep me in a little better shape.Today maybe I changed my mind!I have a nice stiff hurting back and legs that feel the same.Now I'm deciding on a hot shower or icy hot.Perhaps I should just shower then rub icy hot then sit for the rest of the day.I kinda have that run over feeling.Now remember things you done as a child may be tougher then you think!Put on your pads and helmets and if you don't have those then just duct tape or bungy strap some pillows to yourself and then go for it!I'm sure this pain will fade and I'll go do something else I should not have :0)

I could tell Saturday had the potential to turn into a bad day.I was determined it was not happening!I called my sister and asked if she had any plans and she said no so I asked if her and my neice would like to go to the cave with me and my kids.They did so I got me and my kids ready then headed her way to pick them up.We decided we would just go real slow so we could stop and take pics along the way.It was a nice slow drive but it was great.The 6 kids rode peacefully with no fighting or bickering.We made it to the cave to find the next tour didn't start til 4:15pm so we found way's to occupy ourselves and the kids.We went and found a small cave and a waterfall and then we went in a building to see exihbits.For those that are wondering YES we do grow rocks around here!On the way home it got dark.We were all starving and no fast food in sight.We thought we took a wrong turn so I pulled in to a parking lot to turn around when I seen the sign {DINER} oh boy thats all we needed!We put the rig in park and removed ourselves from our entrapments and marched right in and pulled up chairs.The food was wonderful!I'm not sure if it was good because we were starved or if it was really just yummy but it tasted good and filled our tummy's.After driving for 6 hours {maybe a little more} I finally made it home.It was late and the kids were tired so they went straight to bed and I wasen't far behind.It was a fantastic Valentine's weekend!

Yes that is what I have been up too and add a little scooting while your at it!I finally got my furniture yesterday so I have been making space for it.I was going to take before and after pics but I got to excited and forgot.We did manage to get the desk in the bedroom which wasen't an easy task.Why do they make furniture to big for door way's?Thats just something I will never understand.The kids finally went back to school today!I hope the snow is over so they can get back on track.Just thought I would give ya'll an update!Now I have to go push and tug a little more before it's time for my lunch date!Have a great day!

I know I am to impatient.Everytime I think I have calmed down I get all excited again.I am talking about taxes!We files ours on the 21st of Janurary with the promise of 8-15 day's and today is day 16.I keep checking the bank account but it hasen't been deposited yet.I wonder if they count weekends?I want a sectional,bikes for all the kids,and a years supply of household stuff {toilet paper,dish soap,laundry soap,dryer sheets,ETC.}Is that asking for to much?Not to mention my tags are out the last day of this month.I forgot about my tags when I had money.They are calling for more snow between now and Monday.We still have some left from the last snow.It started out snowing yesterday then it turned to sleet then to rain so none stuck.I think the kids around here have been out of school more since Christmas break then they have been.My mom is still here.As of Sunday it will be 2 weeks since she arrived {she lives 20 miles away}.She just don't drive in the snow,sleet,or rain.My father came and spent the night last night.He generally goes o my sisters house but someone got grumpy {they blame each other} so dad got out of there as soon as the roads cleared enough.I have an idea about taking the kids pics.I think I dreamed how to do it.I will play around with it and then show you!Have a great weekend!

New Hair!

I decided to save money and cut the kids hair myself.I generally only do this with the clippers during the summer when I can just buzz it all off.Brenten and Kaden wanted bowl cuts and I just thought I could do it.I don't think it turned out to bad.I just keep telling myself practice makes perfect {think how good it'll be when they move out on their own}.Justin isen't happy with his hair so I told him I could buzz it all off.He didn't like that idea so decided to stop complaining.Kelsey didn't get anything done to her hair but I did trim Ashley's bangs because I knew if I didn't do then she would take it upon herself.

My mother is snowed in with us as most of you know.I finally went out with the kids to play in the 10+ inches of snow then I came in,sat down,and fell asleep.When I awoke my mother was cooking.Oh dear lord how could you let her?I didn't go disturb her,I just let her keep cooking.Finally it was done and time to eat!The menu was sausage,eggs,biscuits,gravy.The kids ate their eggs and sausage but after taking a bite of their biscuits and gravy they kindly asked for cereal.I think I will be following the kids on that cereal.The poor kids kept telling Grandma that it just don't taste like mommy's.I will make sure I am awake to cook for my family in the day's to come.I'd sure hate to put everyone on a starvation diet.Geez no wonder I gained weight when I left home lol.

And don't get to much of a brain freeze!We have 5 inches of snow and counting!I took a few pictures out the door and window today but didn't go out to play.I did go out long enough to scoop some snow for snow ice cream.I'll have to fight my way to the store tomorrow for more vanilla.Our roads are bad and scooping isen't helping!Thats ok I have 4x4 and I ain't afraid to use it!My mother is still here.It's been a fairly nice blessing for her to get snowed in here.She cleaned my kids bedrooms today while I worked on laundry and reading my book.I'll get some playing in the snow pics tomorrow and get them posted.I got my cell number changed yesterday due to a lady harrassing me about not meeting her last Monday.I answered once and told her it wasen't my fault she didn't show up.She didn't give up so I gave her something a little more to steam over.I like my new number much better anyway!Well I'm off to fold some laundry!Have a GREAT weekend!

We are in for it!The weather man is saying between 5 and 9 inches of snow and ice yeehaw!I went to the grocery store and bought all that healthy {and no so healthy} stuff to get us through.I figure the kids will be home out of school for a week so that was alot of food to be bought.I cleaned the hill in the front yard in the sleet so we won't be crashing into stuff as we sled down.And best of all......My mother is here to get snowed in with me.She came up Sunday afternoon to go on a trip with me Monday and she is still here!It's not so bad.The kids wake her up very early of the morning so she deals with them while I catch my 8 hours of peaceful snoozing.Kaden has developed a temper and it dosen't matter what or who it is that ticks him off when he starts talking things start going his way.The bicycle moves when he tells it to and the kids run like fire when he goes in attack mode.I kept telling them to not pick on him because he would learn to be twice as bad but I guess they didn't believe me.I'm waiting on taxes to come in which should be tomorrow.I have plans to stock up on 12 months of household items{toilet paper,dish soap,shampoo,laundry detergent.etc.}.I think thats about $1000.I am just tired of worrying about running out of stuff or getting in the shower to find we are out of shampoo.I guess I should go get the meat prepared for bbq sauce and the oven.It will be supper time before I know it.
